In 2005 I had my first big mac. What a disappointment that was. It failed in so many way to pass my “great burger” test. After having heard so much about MacDonald’s this was obviously a big dissapointment. (more…)

I was still a kid when I first saw ice-skating on TV. From that time I wanted to try it out. Today, many years later I got the chance- and ended up skating on Norwegian National TV! A 15 minute bus trip from town, through two tunnels, and past lots of water took us to Loddefjord, a suburb in Bergen. There is a mall there called Vestkanten and one of its attractions is an ice skating rink.
