Some people do not have, or claim not to have, any feelings for poetry. I find this hard to accept, believe, or understand; for is not poetry the encapsulation of everything we are and every thing we hope to be? Is not poetry life itself?

We spend most of our lives dreaming instead of doing, hoping for a lucky break and waiting for someone or something to come along that will change our lives and make everything we've dreamed of come true. Unfortunately, for most of us, that never happens, and we realise usually later than sooner, that we are the heroes and heroines of our own lives and the writers of our own life stories.
